information you will need to provide. You may leave a message for
an inspector however if that inspector is busy
on an inspection, he/she will only get the message after their current
inspection is completed.
We answer the phones from 8:30AM until 9PM, Monday to Friday and 10AM until 6PM on the weekend and holidays. You can leave a message outside of these hours and somebody will get back to you ASAP.
We are working on an online reservation system but for now you must call 514-318-8067 to book an inspection.
Our inspectors try to show up at least 15 minutes before the inspection appointment however with the traffic and road construction on the island of Montreal, sometimes things are out of our control and the inspector might be a few minutes late.
